About Geek Patch

Geek Patch started as a computer repair business that wrote do-it-yourself guides for the jobs people dreaded most, like removing viruses and recovering data from crashed drives. The guides were honest and complete, and because they showed what the job really takes, most readers called for help instead.

We still write them that way, now for websites: every step, the hard parts named, and one link at the end if you'd rather have it done for you. Topics are chosen from search data, so we write the guides people are actually looking for.
